Shipping & Delivery
Yes, absolutely! You can track your order anytime using this link.
For now, Aure ships exclusively to 11 countries across Asia (including Hong Kong, Macao, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, and Vietnam) as well as Australia. Complimentary shipping is available only to Hong Kong, Macao, and Singapore.
For all other destinations, a delivery fee plus an import tax and duties handling fee of HKD200 will be applied.
We dispatch all orders within 3 business days. Delivery typically takes 1–12 business days, depending on the destination.
Our prices do not include taxes or duties for international shipments. Any applicable charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout, so you can review the full cost before completing your order.
You will never receive a separate duties bill for international shipments — everything is handled upfront for clarity and peace of mind.
If a package is refused at delivery, it will be returned to Aure. Once received, we will process a refund minus any applicable shipping and handling fees.
