Frequently Asked Questions

Our trade-in program is exclusively for products purchased from Aure. We cannot accept gold items from other brands or sources.

Absolutely. We accept our products in any condition, including broken jewellery, single earrings, or scrap pieces. However, please note that the final trade‑in value may vary depending on the actual weight, purity and condition of the items.

We provide a prepaid, insured shipping label free of charge, ensuring your items are returned safely and securely.

The final value may vary depending on the actual weight, purity, condition of your items, as well as the prevailing market gold price. You will always have the opportunity to review and approve the confirmed offer before we proceed.

You can choose between a direct cash redemption (via bank transfer) or 10% extra value through store credit.

Yes. Normal service fees are included in the calculation of your trade‑in value. These may cover inspection, wastage, and handling losses. The net amount you receive will reflect these standard deductions.

Our team of specialists carefully tests purity, weighs your items, and verifies authenticity to ensure a fair and accurate valuation.

If you decide not to accept the confirmed trade-in value, your items will be returned to you. In this case, you will be responsible for covering both the initial shipping cost and the return shipping cost.

From the time we receive your items, inspection and valuation typically take 2–3 business days. You’ll then receive your confirmed trade‑in value for approval.

Yes, you can send multiple pieces together. Each item will be inspected individually, and you’ll receive a combined trade‑in value.

Only the gold content will be valued. Non‑gold components are not included in the valuation and will not be returned. However, the majority of our jewellery is crafted in 14k or 18k solid gold, so this typically has minimal impact on your trade‑in value.

Once you approve the trade‑in value and payment is processed, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed.
